The Mercer in Hong Kong is a great hotel with spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location. The one bedroom apartment was comfortable and well-decorated, with a kitchenette and a large bed. The in-room amenities, like the walk-in closet and modern bathroom, were a nice touch. The access to the gym and breakfast area were also appreciated. The handy smartphone provided with free internet and calls was a fantastic convenience.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff at the hotel were really good, they were warm, cute, and helpful. The room size was fantastic, the bed was really comfy, and the shower pressure was the best ever. The location was great, near the Lang Kwai Fong area and the Sheung Wan MTR station, making it convenient to explore the city. The hotel also provided a free continental-style breakfast, and the staff were efficient, clean, and courteous.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, tucked away in a quiet alley that provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the nearby shopping area. Despite being in a shadier area, we felt safe and secure throughout our stay.
